3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These Cookies are essential in order to enable you to navigate saleagreed.ie and use its features.

3.2 Performance Cookies

These Cookies collect information about how visitors use saleagreed.ie – for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These Cookies do not collect information that identify a visitor. All information these Cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how saleagreed.ie operates.

3.3 Google Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics in order to assist us in understanding what parts of our websites are visited most frequently, from what sources (e.g. Search Engines, Social Media etc), and for general traffic reporting and marketing analysis. 4. List of Cookies Used on saleagreed.ie

4.1 PHPSESSID:

4.1.1 The PHPSESSID cookies are created/sent when a user ‘session’ is created. When you enter the site for the first time you are assigned a PHPSESSID cookie. This cookie stores details such as:

(a) Your IP Address;
(b) The area of the site you are browsing; and
(c) The most recent solution on the site you selected

4.1.2 This session cookie has a timeout that expires if there has been no activity between your computer and our website in excess of one hour.

4.2 __utma

This cookie keeps track of the number of times a visitor has been to the site pertaining to the cookie, when their first visit was, and when their last visit occurred. This cookie is what is called a ‘persistent’ cookie, as in, it is not set to automatically expire unless removed by the user.

4.3 ‘__utmb’ and ”utmc’

4.3.1 The B and C cookies work together to calculate how long a visit takes. __utmb takes a timestamp of the exact moment in time when a visitor enters a site, while __utmc takes a timestamp of the exact moment in time when a visitor leaves a site.

4.3.2 __utmb expires at the end of the session. __utmc waits 30 minutes, and then it expires. __utmc has no way of knowing when a user closes their browser or leaves a website, so it waits 30 minutes for another pageview to happen, and if it does not, it expires.

4.4 __utmz

__utmz keeps track of where the visitor to the site came from, what search engine was used, what link was clicked on, what keyword was used, and where the visitor was in the world when the website was accessed. It expires after 6 months.

4.5 Google Analytics Cookies

Further information on the Google Analytics Cookies used on our site can be found here.

If you do not consent to the use of these cookies, please disable them following the instructions in the ‘Managing Cookies’ section so that cookies from this website cannot be placed on your device.
